even changing the ACM service to run as the domain administrator returns an error message when attempting to add the nextwork drive path as a valid location for content. (see attached). This is odd given i can browse to the exact folder with no issues and also download content directly to that folder using the Dashboard.
manually setting the content path in the photoshop plugin displays the content residing on the network drive but it shows up as unlicensed. scanning the port in the license setup finds the license manager as expected.
Using the local drive (c:\rpc) works as expected on the license server though obviously not accessible by our farm

Hello John,
The ACM runs as a user called system user. System user is not able to access the directory although you can. Please do not configure paths through Photoshop. The paths should only be configured through the ACM or they will render watermarked.
