Can you render RPC content with the iray renderer in 3ds Max Design 2012?

When trying to use the iray renderer (new to 3ds Max Design 2012) all of my RPC content renders as a gray plane.  Is there a plug-in that can fix this problem or is it not possible to render RPC content with iray?

Unfortunately RPCs are not compatible with IRay at this time.  An IRay shader for RPC does not currently exist.  Only gray planes will render.
