V-Ray can be purchased here: http://www.archvision.com/products/vray
V-Ray for 3ds Max and Maya require a USB license dongle ($35) shipped via UPS. Options for next day, 2nd day and Ground (3-5 days) and International to North America are available. The download information is shipped via Chaos Group. It typically takes about one business day for Chaos Group to process this.
V-Ray for Rhino and V-Ray for SketchUp are delivered via electronic download from the manufacturer. Processing also takes about one business day.
V-Ray for Cinema 4D is delievered via it's respective manufacturer via e-mail.
